Dead patches, pet spots, tire ruts and worn paths repaired with fresh sod that blends into the lawn around it.
Even a good lawn picks up scars: a brown pet spot, a tire rut from a delivery truck, a patch where the party tent sat too long or a wet corner that never grows. A small repair can bring the whole lawn back to looking cared for, and it costs far less than starting over.
We cut out the damaged area, find out why it failed and fix that first, whether it is compaction, a drainage problem, grubs, shade or a buried obstacle. Then we prepare the soil, fit fresh sod into the hole with tight edges and water it in. We try to match the grass type and the height so the patch disappears. If the damage is widespread, we will tell you honestly when renovation makes more sense than patching.
Patches usually have a reason. Fixing the reason keeps the new sod from failing the same way.
We cut the damaged area to a neat shape and remove dead material so the patch sits flush with the lawn.
We match the grass type and mowing height as closely as we can so the repair blends in.
If more than a third of the lawn is damaged, replacing the whole area often looks better and costs less in the long run.

You tell us about your yard and what you want, a new lawn, a fix for a worn one or a turf area, and we set a visit that fits your day.
We walk the property, measure each area, check sun, shade, soil and drainage and take photos of anything of note.
We explain your options for sod, turf or both, and give you a written scope with quantities, timing and clear pricing.
We mark utilities, remove old turf, set the grade, loosen and improve the soil and build the base before anything new goes down.
We lay sod in tight, staggered rows or install turf over a compacted stone base, with clean edges and tight seams.
We clean up, roll or brush the surface, walk you through the watering and care plan and set a reminder for your next check.
Yes. Small repairs are a good way to refresh a lawn without replacing it.
Concentrated urine burns turf. Flushing with water, training and sometimes a turf area for the dog all help.
We choose sod that matches as closely as possible and set it at the same height, so it blends after a few weeks.
We fill and level the ruts, loosen compacted soil and lay fresh sod over them.
When many patches, weeds or poor drainage affect much of the lawn, redoing the whole area is cleaner.
