A full reset for a tired lawn: remove what is failing, fix the soil and drainage and lay a new lawn built to last.
A lawn can slowly decline until the weeds outnumber the grass. Maybe the builder laid thin sod on hard fill, maybe shade crept in as trees grew, maybe pets and play wore it down, or maybe it just never drained well. At some point, spending more on fertilizer, seed and sprays costs more than a proper fresh start.
Renovation is a plan, not just a replacement. We look at why the lawn failed, from compaction and soil quality to drainage, sun, irrigation and the grass variety itself. Then we remove the old turf, correct the underlying problems and install new sod suited to the conditions. The result is a lawn that looks great on day one and is set up to stay that way, with a care plan that fits how much time you want to spend on it.
We look at light, soil, drainage, irrigation and traffic, so the new lawn does not fail for the same reasons as the old one.
Old turf and thatch are removed, then the soil is loosened, amended and graded for drainage.
We choose tall fescue, Bermuda, zoysia or a blend that matches your light and how the lawn is used.
Sometimes only the worst areas need replacing. We tell you honestly which approach saves money without sacrificing results.

You tell us about your yard and what you want, a new lawn, a fix for a worn one or a turf area, and we set a visit that fits your day.
We walk the property, measure each area, check sun, shade, soil and drainage and take photos of anything of note.
We explain your options for sod, turf or both, and give you a written scope with quantities, timing and clear pricing.
We mark utilities, remove old turf, set the grade, loosen and improve the soil and build the base before anything new goes down.
We lay sod in tight, staggered rows or install turf over a compacted stone base, with clean edges and tight seams.
We clean up, roll or brush the surface, walk you through the watering and care plan and set a reminder for your next check.
When more than a third of the lawn is weeds or bare dirt, a fresh start usually looks better and costs less than years of patching.
Yes. We can replace the worst areas and keep the healthy parts if they will blend.
Light use is fine after a few days. Normal play is best after the grass has rooted for a couple of weeks.
