Builders and new owners: graded, prepared and sodded yards that look finished at closing and hold up through the first storms.
A new home is surrounded by what construction leaves behind: compacted clay, buried debris, rough fill and drainage that has not been tested by a real storm. Dropping sod on top of that is how new lawns end up yellow, uneven and wet in the corners. A little work at the right moment makes the difference between a yard that looks great for years and one that disappoints by midsummer.
We work with builders and owners to finish the outside of the house. That means setting final grade with proper slope away from the foundation, breaking up compaction, removing rock and debris, adding topsoil and amendments where needed, and laying sod in clean, tight rows. For builders on a schedule, we can plan around closings and inspections so the yard is ready when the buyers arrive.
We shape the soil so water flows away from the foundation, around the house and out to the street or swale.
New lots often have compacted subsoil and debris. We loosen and clean it so roots have room to grow.
If the topsoil layer is thin or missing, we bring in quality material to give the sod something to root into.
We coordinate with builders and agents so the lawn is installed and rooted for the walk-through, not after it.

You tell us about your yard and what you want, a new lawn, a fix for a worn one or a turf area, and we set a visit that fits your day.
We walk the property, measure each area, check sun, shade, soil and drainage and take photos of anything of note.
We explain your options for sod, turf or both, and give you a written scope with quantities, timing and clear pricing.
We mark utilities, remove old turf, set the grade, loosen and improve the soil and build the base before anything new goes down.
We lay sod in tight, staggered rows or install turf over a compacted stone base, with clean edges and tight seams.
We clean up, roll or brush the surface, walk you through the watering and care plan and set a reminder for your next check.

Yes. Grading and sodding together keeps one crew responsible for how the yard drains and looks.
We note where utilities, meters and drainage features sit so the sod finishes cleanly around them.
It depends on what the lot has. We check the soil and recommend adding topsoil only where it is truly needed.
We work with builders on single homes and on multiple lots, with consistent grass and finish across a street.
