Smart sprinkler systems designed for even coverage, so new sod roots fast and the lawn stays green with less waste.
A beautiful lawn depends on consistent water. A hose and a sprinkler can do the job, but only if you remember, and only if the pattern matches the yard. Many lawns suffer from dry stripes, soaked corners and wasted water running down the driveway. A well-designed system puts the right amount of water where it is needed and nowhere else.
We design irrigation zones around the shape of your yard, the type of grass, the sun and shade and your water pressure. We use pop-up spray heads for turf, rotors for large areas and drip lines for beds. A smart controller adjusts the schedule to the weather, and a rain sensor keeps the system from running in a storm. Installing the system before the sod makes the work easier and keeps trenches out of a finished lawn.
Turf, beds, slopes and shady areas each need different amounts of water, so we divide them into zones.
Pop-up sprays, rotors and drip lines are matched to the area to reduce overspray and waste.
Weather-based controllers and rain sensors adjust watering automatically and help conserve water.
The best time to install irrigation is before sod or turf goes down, so we do not have to dig up a new lawn.

You tell us about your yard and what you want, a new lawn, a fix for a worn one or a turf area, and we set a visit that fits your day.
We walk the property, measure each area, check sun, shade, soil and drainage and take photos of anything of note.
We explain your options for sod, turf or both, and give you a written scope with quantities, timing and clear pricing.
We mark utilities, remove old turf, set the grade, loosen and improve the soil and build the base before anything new goes down.
We lay sod in tight, staggered rows or install turf over a compacted stone base, with clean edges and tight seams.
We clean up, roll or brush the surface, walk you through the watering and care plan and set a reminder for your next check.
It is not required, but it makes the critical first weeks far easier and more consistent than hand watering.
Yes. We use narrow trenching methods that limit damage and repair the turf over the lines.
A well-designed system with a smart controller usually uses less water than hand watering by guesswork.
Systems should be drained or blown out before hard freezes. We explain the steps or schedule it.
