Lifting seams, torn patches, worn spots and rippled areas fixed with matching turf and proper base repairs.
Even good turf can develop problems. Seams lift when glue gives way. A pet digs a corner loose. A kid drags a bike through a patch. Ripples show up when the base underneath settles, and the surface can pick up burn marks, cuts or worn lanes in high-traffic spots. Most of these problems are repairable without replacing the whole lawn.
We start by finding why the problem happened. A lifted seam might be a failed adhesive, a settled base or a pet area that stays wet. We re-glue and secure seams with fresh tape and adhesive, patch tears with matching turf, re-fasten edges, add or rebuild base material where settling occurred and re-infill worn areas. If your original turf is no longer available, we blend the closest match so the patch is hard to spot.
Repairs last when we fix the reason: a settled base, a wet spot, a loose edge or a failed seam.
New tape and adhesive, plus fasteners where needed, restore seams and edges so they hold.
Cut out damage and fit matching turf so the patch blends into the surrounding area.
Ripples and low spots mean the base has moved. We lift the turf, restore the base and relay it.

You tell us about your yard and what you want, a new lawn, a fix for a worn one or a turf area, and we set a visit that fits your day.
We walk the property, measure each area, check sun, shade, soil and drainage and take photos of anything of note.
We explain your options for sod, turf or both, and give you a written scope with quantities, timing and clear pricing.
We mark utilities, remove old turf, set the grade, loosen and improve the soil and build the base before anything new goes down.
We lay sod in tight, staggered rows or install turf over a compacted stone base, with clean edges and tight seams.
We clean up, roll or brush the surface, walk you through the watering and care plan and set a reminder for your next check.
Yes. We clean the seam, apply new tape and adhesive and fasten it so it holds.
We match as closely as possible and blend the pile and infill so it is hard to see.
Usually the base has settled or moved. We repair the base and relay the turf.
Small burned areas can be cut out and patched.
When the turf is faded, brittle or widely damaged, replacement is often better.
