What we believe

A good lawn is built before the sod ever arrives. The parts that matter, the soil, the grade, the drainage and the base under artificial turf, are out of sight, and a company that rushes them will leave you with patches, puddles and ripples. We believe the process should be as careful as the finished look: someone visits, measures, listens, shows you samples and explains the plan in plain words. Pressure, vague scopes and surprises are not how we work.

We are part of Music City Builder Group, a family of Nashville-area home and property services. That means we know the neighborhoods, the red clay, the shady oak lots, the new subdivisions on fresh fill and the associations with their own rules, and we plan to be here for the long haul.

What we do

• Sod installation: tall fescue, Bermuda, zoysia and bluegrass for new homes, renovations, slopes, shade and commercial properties
• Lawn preparation: sod removal, grading, soil testing and amendment, topsoil, leveling, aeration, seeding, drainage and irrigation
• Artificial turf: front and back yards, pet turf, putting greens, playgrounds, rooftops, pool decks and athletic turf
• Care and maintenance: new sod plans, fertilizing, weed and grub control, mowing, turf cleaning, repair and seasonal cleanup
• Estimates and planning: free visits, sod versus turf consultations, yard design and HOA approvals

How we work

Every job starts with a free visit. We measure the yard, look at the sun and shade, test the soil and note how water moves. You get honest options, with samples if you like, and a written scope that lists what is included, so you can compare it with any other quote. We protect your driveway and beds, keep the work tidy and explain the care plan before we go.
