Seasonal feeding matched to your grass and your soil test, so the lawn stays thick and green without waste.
A lawn is a crop, and crops need food. But the right food depends on the grass. Tall fescue is fed mostly in the fall and early spring. Bermuda and zoysia are fed in late spring and summer when they are growing hard. Feeding at the wrong time wastes money, burns grass or feeds weeds. A good program follows the calendar for your type of lawn.
We build a simple seasonal plan: how many feedings, which formulas, when and why. We tie it to your soil test and your goals. Pair it with pre-emergent weed control in spring, aeration and overseeding in fall and lime when the pH calls for it, and you have a year-round program that keeps the lawn dense. We apply products according to label directions and local rules, and we avoid sidewalks and storm drains so nutrients end up in the lawn and not in the creek.
Fescue is fed in fall and early spring. Bermuda and zoysia are fed late spring through summer.
We use soil results to choose the right ratios and add lime or other amendments when needed.
Products are applied according to the label and local guidance, with care near drains and water.
Feeding, weed control, aeration and seeding work together as a calendar, not as separate purchases.

You tell us about your yard and what you want, a new lawn, a fix for a worn one or a turf area, and we set a visit that fits your day.
We walk the property, measure each area, check sun, shade, soil and drainage and take photos of anything of note.
We explain your options for sod, turf or both, and give you a written scope with quantities, timing and clear pricing.
We mark utilities, remove old turf, set the grade, loosen and improve the soil and build the base before anything new goes down.
We lay sod in tight, staggered rows or install turf over a compacted stone base, with clean edges and tight seams.
We clean up, roll or brush the surface, walk you through the watering and care plan and set a reminder for your next check.
It depends on the grass. Many lawns do well with four to five feedings a year on a calendar matched to the grass type.
A starter fertilizer helps at installation, and more after the grass starts growing.
Fescue is stressed in summer heat and heavy feeding can hurt it. Warm-season grasses are the opposite.
Overapplication can be. Right-timed, right-sized feeding with care near drains keeps nutrients in the lawn.
It is a smart start, because it shows what the lawn actually needs.
